Appointments
- Please make an appointment for your child’s consultation.
- Please always request an appointment via telephone or email only with reception. Do not call the doctor or send a text or WhatsApp to request an appointment.
- At times, the doctor has to attend to emergencies in theatre, the intensive care units, casualty or see urgent referrals from general practitioners and this means you may need to wait even when you have a scheduled appointment, we will always inform you when such occurs and we ask for understanding.
- It is advisable to make a list of all questions and concerns to ask the paediatrician during the consultation.
Telephonic/Electronic Consultations
- Consultations are strictly in person.
- Please do not send pictures & videos via text email or WhatsApp to the doctor or to reception.
- Please do not take pictures or videos of the practice or the paediatrician during consultation, even when your child is being examined. This is not allowed.
- Emails and calls regarding pathology results will be responded to as soon as possible and available.
- Account queries should be done with reception via telephone or email.
